SERVICE
We arrive prior to your scheduled service time to set up and get our ovens ready. Once service begins, we make and bake pizzas throughout your 2.5-hour service window for your guests to enjoy.

GUEST COUNT & MENU
Your final guest count and pizza selections are due 7 days prior to your event. This allows us to plan and prepare everything specifically for your party.

SETUP & ACCESS
We need a safe, reasonably level and accessible outdoor area for our ovens and setup. If your party is being held at a venue, please confirm ahead of time that our cooking equipment and setup are permitted and let us know about any venue-specific requirements.

WEATHER
We can operate in normal weather conditions, including light rain. If severe or unsafe weather prevents us from operating, we'll work with you to reschedule your event, subject to availability.

PLATES & SUPPLIES
We provide plates and napkins for pizza service. Drinks, ice, cups, tables, chairs and other party supplies are provided by the host unless otherwise arranged.

INSURANCE & VENUE REQUIREMENTS
Ciao For Now is fully insured. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, additional insured documentation, permits, or other vendor paperwork, please let us know in advance.
